How do I get access to the app?+

Your child's center sends a one-click email invitation when your child is enrolled. Tap the link, download the app from the App Store or Google Play, and you're connected instantly.

Are there fees to pay tuition through the app?+

No. iCherub charges zero processing markup on tuition payments — unlike many other platforms. The amount you pay is exactly your invoice total.

Can both parents/guardians have access?+

Yes. Your center can invite multiple guardians to the same child's profile, and each person gets their own login with full access to messages, photos, and payments.

How do read receipts work?+

When a teacher or staff member sends you a message through InstaMessage™, you'll see a confirmation the moment you open and read it — and they'll be notified that it was received and read.

What if my center doesn't use iCherub yet?+
